  1. Vendor Fees & Commission Structure

Free to Join: There is no fee to create a store or list products on the platform.

Transaction Fees:

  • Vendors pay a commission per completed sale or the total sale transaction
  • An additional payment processing fee applies, handled via payment gateway partners.

Optional Paid Services: this will be available after the Beta phase. For questions on this, please email us.

  • Featured Listings: Vendors can pay a fee for premium placement on the homepage or category pages.
  • Advertising Boosts: Vendors can opt into sponsored product promotions for higher visibility.
  1. Payment Processing & Payouts for Vendors

How Vendors Get Paid:

  • Payouts are processed via  Direct Bank Transfer or payment gateway partners.
  • Payments are made automatically, weekly, bi–weekly, depending on the vendor’s payout settings.

Payout Eligibility:

  • Vendors must have a verified account with complete banking or payment details.
  • Orders must be marked as completed (delivered + buyer confirmation or auto-completion).

Refund Adjustments:

  • If a refund is issued before the payout is processed, the refund amount will be deducted from the vendor’s balance.
  • If a refund occurs after a payout, the amount will be deducted from future earnings or invoiced to the vendor.
  1. Shopper Payment Methods & Policies

 Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Reset Fashion Marketplace supports major credit/debit cards, payment gateways like PayPal and Stripe (installment payments if applicable), and gift cards.

 Installment Payments via payment gateways (if applicable):

  • Shoppers can opt for “Buy Now, Pay Later” options on eligible purchases.
  • Payment terms are subject to payment gateways’ approval and guidelines.

Refund & Dispute Handling for Shoppers:

  • For ready-to-wear items: Customers can request a refund within an acceptable return window, (based on each individual vendor’s policy) if the product meets return requirements.
  • For custom/bespoke orders, please refer to the vendor’s page.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
  1. Fee Transparency & Vendor Support
  • Vendors can track all fees, commissions, and payouts within their Vendor Dashboard.
  • Support is available for fee-related inquiries via vendor support  or live chat.

Customers can communicate with vendors inside the platform.
