We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. If your country isn’t available at checkout, please reach out to us — we may be able to accommodate.

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@resetmystory.com, including:

Your order number

Photos of the item and packaging

A description of the issue

Once approved, we’ll:

Issue a refund to your original payment method, or

Send a free replacement, depending on item availability

Buyer’s remorse or style preference

Items without original proof of damage/defect
