Welcome to our store. By purchasing or downloading any digital fashion pattern from our store, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Reseller Role

We operate as a reseller on behalf of NAMED CLOTHING, an independent pattern creator and brand. We do not claim ownership of the digital products listed, unless otherwise stated.

2. Digital Product Use

• All digital fashion patterns sold are for personal or business use, as permitted by the original creator’s licensing terms.

• Resale, redistribution, or sharing of downloaded files is strictly prohibited unless otherwise licensed by the original creator.
  

3. Intellectual Property

• Copyright and design rights remain the property of the original brand or designer.

• Our store does not authorize any use that infringes on those rights.
  

4. Order Fulfillment

• All products are digital downloads and it will be sent to you via email. No physical item will be shipped.

• Access to files is granted immediately after purchase, unless stated otherwise.
  

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered unless a file is proven defective and cannot be accessed after troubleshooting.

6. Support
