Returns and Refund Policy (These do not apply to any PDF patterns.)

Reset Inc deals with different vendors and suppliers. Therefore, the below general policies must be observed:

1. We ONLY offer a refund within 14 or 30 days from the day you received the item. We go by the policy of each brand, vendors or suppliers.  There is no exchange at the moment. 
2. Items must be in good condition and the tag still attached. We also require a receipt. 

        3.  When you receive a final sale item, it is a final sale and we don’t offer a refund.

        4. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@resetmystory.com or fill up the   return  form below.

           4.a Repackage your products

           4.b We will email you back with a return label

           4.c Print out the return label and affix in your package.

           4.d Drop off at your nearest post office

       5. It may take up to 3-7 business days before the refund gets reflected in your bank account. 

In case of dispute for whatever reason, Reset Inc reserves the right to make the final decision.
